Exogen: founder-led marketing site that books calls

A founder-led B2B website redesign with sharp copy, a single CTA, and Next.js performance baked in. From idea to live site in four weeks.

Exogen launched with a Webflow site that was good enough until it was not. Founders wanted a site that matched the precision of the product without slowing down go-to-market.

Two-week design sprint, two-week build. We rewrote the homepage around one outcome, simplified the case for trust, and shipped on Next.js for speed and durable SEO.

From Webflow to Next.js

Webflow shipped the v1. It got Exogen to first conversations. Past that, the team needed structured content, real performance, and SEO on autopilot. Next.js gave us all three without a CMS rebuild.

The migration was the easy part. The harder work was deciding which Webflow pages had earned their rankings and needed URL-preservation, which were dragging the site down and could be deleted, and which deserved a rewrite. We mapped every existing URL to a destination before we wrote a line of code.

The four-week sprint

Week 1: positioning + wireframes signed off in three calls. Week 2: visual design and copy locked. Weeks 3-4: build, content load, QA, launch. No scope creep, no surprises.

The constraints made the calendar hold. Single buyer on the homepage. One CTA above the fold. Pricing on its own page so the homepage stopped trying to close the deal alone. Anything that did not earn its scroll was deferred to v2 with a written note explaining why, so the founders knew what was waiting.

Results

Live in four weeks, on the calendar we wrote down on the kickoff call. Lighthouse SEO score 98 on mobile, median load 1.1s. Within the first month the site started booking calls from organic search on the brand plus product category. The founders no longer apologize when they send the link.

What changed for the team: marketing publishes posts without filing a developer ticket. Performance is a build-time guarantee, not a weekly worry. The site looks and reads like the product, which matters more than any single metric on this page.
