Orba: SaaS marketing site rebuilt for conversion
A SaaS website redesign focused on a single conversion path. Sharper positioning, faster pages, and a homepage that books calls instead of explaining the product twice.

The previous site scored well on aesthetics but the homepage tried to address three audiences at once. Visitors landed, scrolled, and left without ever reaching a CTA. Demos were inbound only and slow.
Notre approche
We compressed the message to one buyer, rebuilt the site on Next.js for sub-second loads, and replaced the long scroll with a focused hero plus a proof strip. Pricing got its own page; the homepage stopped trying to close the deal alone.

Why a SaaS website redesign was the right call
Orba had product-market fit but the website was set up for a different version of the company. The old positioning bundled three audiences. Marketing was paying for clicks that bounced because the page tried to talk to all of them.
A redesign was cheaper than another quarter of paid acquisition that converted at 0.6%. The site needed to filter, not flatter.

More importantly, the marketing team owns the surface. They publish, measure, iterate. The site is a tool now, not a project.
